Speck IGP is notable type of cured, cold-smoked ham from Italy's northern Alto Adige province, Speck has three main ingredients: a little salt, a little smoke, and plenty of fresh mountain air. The Pair with Asiago cheese for a true regional experience.

Recla is a family-run business that has been producing cured meats for nearly 400 years according to traditional recipes and regional traditions. They are one of the founders of the consortium for the protection of Speck Alto Adige IGP.
