Apollo rice is a delicious aromatic and elongated rice variety that grows in the fields in Piemonte. It is an Italian alternative to Basmati and Jasmine rices.

Thanks to the rich and fragrant aroma, it is excellent boiled or steamed and it is ideal as a side with meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients: Italian Apollo rice.

Cooking time: 11-13 minutes.
