Venere Rice from Azienda Agricola Falasco is rich in nutrients and flavor. Venere rice was called the rice of the emperor in China because it is rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Phosphorus, Iron and Selenium.

This rice is very versatile and can be used to make risotto, pilaf or boiled to make a rice salad.

For 6 generations, Cascina Falasco has cultivated rice in Novara, Piemonte. On their farm, the rice fields are still weeded seasonally to honor the natural order of the land and to cultivate a high-quality product that respects the environment.
