The Apricot Extra Jam from Dalpian is made with wild apricot grown organically in The Beigua Natural Park, situated in the Ligurian Apennines behind Genova. Since 1930, Dalpian family has transformed in Tiglieto organic fruits in delicious jams. Dalpian's Apricots are harvested at the right level of ripeness and ensure an exceptional product in terms of consistency and flavor. Apricots are cooked in small pans without a lid and adding a very small amount of sugar. This is the reason why the Jam is called 'Extra' Jam! The appearance recalls the homemade jam: color is a little dark with a cohesive structure. Strong apricots aromas with a delicate but decisive taste.

Enjoy the Extra Apricot Jam for breakfast with toast, or Fette Biscottate. Try to add this jam in your yougurt!
