The Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Basil has a fresh and herbaceous flavor, which makes it the perfect match for any typical dish of the traditional Italian cuisine. It is ideal to be used for fresh tomato sauces, on a bruschetta, caprese salad and fresh tomatoes, as well as on pizza.

Olive Varieties: blend of European olives and basil.

Pairing ideas: mozzarella and tomatoes, grilled vegetables and sauces.
