The Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Oregano has an intense and persistent flavor, and it can match several dishes and preparations. It is excellent for the preparation of boiled potatoes, fish and game-based dishes, but it is also perfect to be added after cooking on all vegetables, especially tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers, as well as on pizza.

Olive Varieties: blend of European olives and oregano.
