Details

The Dark ‘Cremino Cuadro’ from Novi is the traditional Novi Cremino in a dark chocolate version. Two layers of pure gianduia dark chocolate embrace a creamy layer of pure chocolate with hazelnut paste. Gianduja is a mixture of chocolate and finely ground Piedmont hazelnuts.

Since 1903, Novi has been producing chocolate in the northwestern region of Piemonte. Their popular ad campaign of the 1980s, ‘Svizzero? No, Novi!,’ put Italian chocolate on the map as equal to the quality chocolates of Switzerland. In 1982, bussinessman Flavio Repetto founded Elah Dufour Novi which comprises four well-established brands of the Italian confectionary sector: Elah, Dufour, Novi and Baratti & Milano.
