Norma Sauce from Agromonte is prepared following the traditional Sicilian recipe. Agromonte combines Sicilian eggplants and sweet cherry tomato. The ingredients in the sauce are: cherry tomato, eggplant, carrot, onion, basil, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, celery and a pinch of sugar.
