The Mamma emma potato gnocchi are prepared with top quality ingredients in a production cycle that uses only fresh and natural raw materials to enhance the artisanal quality of the final product.

Ingredients: Steamed Potatoes 70%, type “0” Soft Wheat Flour, Salt, Sunflower oil. All from Organic agriculture.

Directions: Cook them in a pan with the addition of 3.38oz, 100 ml, of water per pack and with the sauce you prefer. They are ready in just 3 minutes.

Steamed Potatoes (65%), Wheat Flour, Eggs (3%), Salt, Sunflower Oil.

Cooking Suggestion: In the Pan: Pour the mini gnocchi directly from the package to the pan with your favorite sauce, adding half a cup of water. Gently stir for about 2 minutes.
