Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, Porcini mushrooms Boletus edulis, Natural Sea Salt, Rice flour, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Parsley, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Maize Starch, miso, yeast extract, spices.

Directions: Serving for 4 people. Sauté the content with 1 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add one third cup dry white wine to taste. Slowly add 650ml or 22 oz boiling water. Stir and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add grated parmesan cheese and butter and salt to taste.
