Fettuccine all’Uovo pasta from La Monfortina is an exquisite artisanal dried egg pasta made in the heart of the Langhe hills in Monforte d'Alba.

La Monfortina Fettuccine pasta is carefully bronze extruded which gives the artisanal pasta a rough texture that better absorbs the sauce and is dried at low temperature for up to 24 hours for a better al dente bite.

This pasta is ideal with a delicious artisan meat-based sauce.

La Monfortina pasta factory was founded in Monforte d'Alba to honor the egg pasta tradition of Langhe. The small factory makes crafted specialties, all extruded using bronze dies to ensure excellence and flavors.

Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, Fresh Eggs 24%.

Directions: Cooking time: 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
