The 'L'intenditore' Umbria Colli Assisi-Spoleto DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Melchiorri is made exclusively with the best 100% Moraiolo olives that are handpicked and cold-pressed using the traditional granite millstone.

This excellent DOP Colli Assisi-Spoleto extra virgin olive oil has a medium body intensity with floral, almond and fresh grass notes. It has notes of artichoke and black pepper with a slightly bitter aftertaste and pungency.

Olive Varieties: 100% Moraiolo.

Pairing ideas: bread, bruschetta, soups, legumes, meat and salads.
