Pancetta & Onion Sauce from La Dispensa di America is a ready to use sauce prepared according to the Emilia Romagna culinary tradition. It is made with tasty bacon from Modena and the exquisite golden onion called Medicine, a local variety from Bologna. The well-balanced combination of these excellent ingredients gives a wonderful flavor and tasty tomato sauce.

Company History:

Amerigo is three generations of gastronomy and hospitality while respecting local traditions and raw materials. In 1934, Amerigo opened a small restaurant in Savigno, close to Bologna. In 1996 Amerigo family decided to share all their unique recipes to everyone so they started to make ready to use Pasta Sauces. All their products are produced at a seasonal rate. All the ingredients used in their products are from small farmers.
