The Extra Virgin Olive Oil 'Robusto' from Corona delle Puglie is made exclusively with Coratina olives. Coratina olives are hand-picked at the beginning of the season in the country of Puglia region, in the Southern part of Italy.

The Robusto extra virgin olive oil has an herbaceous, grassy and spicy flavor.

Olive Varieties: 100% Coratina, mono-cultivar

Corona delle Puglie is the name of a cooperative of 70 farmers with 3,000 acres, also known as COVAN. Corona delle Puglie produces only 100% Coratina extra virgin olive oil. The olive mill is in Bitritto close to Bari area in the region of Puglia.
