The Biscotti di Prato with Dark Chocolate from Antonio Mattei are delicious handmade biscotti commonly known as Cantucci in Italy. They are made with flour, sugar, pistachio, eggs, and dark chocolate. There are no preservatives, animal fats, or vegetable fats.

Enjoy these handcrafted cookies for breakfast with coffee or tea, or accompany with your Gelato. You can also enjoy these biscotti like Italians do by dipping them in Vin Santo wine, Passito di Pantelleria wine, or soft grappa.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, dark chocolate -cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin, natural vanilla flavor- , sugar, eggs of hens. Leavening agent: ammonium bicarbonate.

May contain Butter, Soy, Pine Nuts, and Hazelnuts.

Company History:

In 1858, Antonio Mattei started to produce and sell artisanal biscotti in the heart of the old city of Prato, in the region of Tuscany. Today the four dynamic siblings Francesco, Marcella, Elisabetta and Letizia Pandolfini carry on the tradition of their family in the production of the Biscotti di Prato.
