Tenuta Margherita, with a history dating back to 1562, is a domain located in the Desana countryside, not far from Vercelli. Tenuta Margherita started to sell rice in Piemonte in 1904 . Ingredients: Superfino Carnaroli Rice 94%, Vegetable Seasoning Without Glutamate, Dehydrated Vegetables, Sunflower Oil, Spices and Natural Flavors, Onion, Garlic, Dried Black Summer Truffle Slices Tuber Aestivum

Directions: Serving for 2-3 people. Saute' the content with 1 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add one third cup dry white wine to taste. Slowly add 650ml or 22 oz boiling water. Stir and cook for 17 minutes. Remove from the heat and add grated parmesan cheese and butter and salt to taste.
