Farro Linguine from Monograno Felicetti are made with Organic Italian Dicoccum Spelt. Farro, or Spelt, has been in use since the ancient days of Celts, Egyptians and Etruscans. While Farro Linguine cooks, this pasta emits a distinct scent of fresh hazelnut and grilled eggplants. It has a firm and slightly crunchy feel reminiscent of bread crusts, a rich peanut butter flavor and a mild jujube aftertaste.

The pasta extruded through bronze dies creates a rough surface that can better support the sauce, which will cling to it. Thanks to the wider surface, the complex texture, and the powerful flavor, Farro Linguine are delicious paired with fresh vegetable sauces.

Since 1908 the Felicetti family has been working passionately in the beautiful landscape of the Dolomites. Felicetti strives to combine the accurate selection of the organic raw materials - the best cereal grains, the pure air and pure water of the Trentino region. The Monograno line is made with the focus on monovariatel grains. Mono means one and Grano means grain.
