Fusilloni pasta from Monograno Felicetti is made with a special and rare Organic Italian Durum Wheat that is called Matt. This is a strong and rich variety of durum wheat which is at its best when farmed in Puglia and Sicily. Matt Durum Wheat during the cooking releases scents of hay, desiccated coconut, and a hint of spun paste. Its flavor is reminiscent of stone cooked bread, butter, and bamboo shoots.

Fusilloni pasta is bronze extruded, giving it a rough-textured surface to which sauce clings to rather than slipping off, and is dried at a low temperature for many hours allowing a perfect al dente bite.

Fusilloni pasta is tubular and wraps around in a multiple helix.
